Generally, anytime TV journalists attempt to use poetry or rhyme as a news story it is WAY too clever and the words overpower the intent of the project.
This is an exception.
One thing that helps make this Q13 Seattle end-of-the-year piece work is that the reporter does not deliver the story. Instead the voice is an icon in his own right.
